Community Sponsorships & Engagement
Wintek Business Solutions is honored to support numerous local organizations in greater Lafayette through financial sponsorship, educational programs, event connectivity and more.
Girl Scouts of Central Indiana
As young people in our communities spend more time online for schoolwork and socialization, it’s essential to encourage online safety and help them envision potential careers in that field.
Wintek Business Solutions supports the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana by providing cyber-conscious education for badge programs in online safety, as well as financial support for the organization’s annual carnival.
We also welcome members of the troop to tour the Wintek Data Center – which helps them make connections between the work we do and the wellness of their communities, as well as consider data-driven career possibilities.
Jefferson High School “Zen Den”
A teenager may appear to do “all the right things” when it comes to outward-facing academic performance. But school can be difficult for students who face challenges with sensory processing or for students facing emotionally overwhelming situations.
Wintek Business Solutions is proud to sponsor the “Zen Den” at Jefferson High School in Lafayette – a friendly, calm and welcoming environment with appropriate resources for sensory expression. The “Zen Den” offers opportunities and outlets for students to reset, gather their thoughts and de-escalate emotional responses. This room empowers several hundred students with resources required for their success, fosters more productive conversations and yields more positive results.
Lafayette Aviators
Wintek Business Solutions is a proud sponsor of the Lafayette Aviators, our hometown baseball team and the pride of the Prospect League.
Through our sponsorship, Wintek can donate 100 tickets to local organizations – such as the Lyn Treece Boys & Girls Club – so young people in our community and their families can enjoy a game at Loeb Stadium. We also sponsor the Ace Race at every home game, in which children challenge the Aviators’ mascot to a friendly race around the bases.
It’s all part of how Wintek provides a home-field advantage for your business and our baseball team.
Jefferson High School – Unified E-Sports Team
Not to be confused with video games, esports establish organized, competitive gameplay to encourage teamwork, communication, critical and strategic thinking, creativity, sportsmanship and leadership – all of the crucial components shared with traditional sports.
Wintek Business Solutions is proud to support the esports team at Jefferson High School in Lafayette – both with financial contributions and advisory assistance from our team of experts. Esports helps young people create a feeling of community and belonging, explore principles of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, and consider career paths in a multitude of promising fields.

Next Generation Workforce Expo
Wintek Business Solutions has been a longtime participant in the Next Generation Workforce Expo. Sponsored by Greater Lafayette Commerce, this event inspires eighth through 12th graders who may not plan to attend college to consider meaningful technical careers.
The Next Generation Workforce Expo offers experiential activities that address facets of the manufacturing industry. Wintek engages young people in conversations about broadband careers as they relate to manufacturing, the importance of broadband access for manufacturers, and the manufacturing industry’s essential need for cybersecurity.
Construction Career & Education (C2E) Expo
Construction infrastructure is essential to the networks managed by Wintek Business Services.
